380RESOLUTION No.380 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR PUBLIC ROADWAY PURPOSES WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,the AERONAUTICAL MACHINISTS,Inc.,has presented an Easement to use the following described premises for utilities,together with the right, privilege and authority to construct,repair,improve and maintain these utilities in and upon the following described real estate situated in the County of Grant, State of Washington,NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:That the Easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: An easement for utilities in Section 15,Township 19 North, Range 28 EWM,Grant County,Washington,described as follows: That portion of Tract 1,Replat of Park Orchard Tracts,Grant County,Washington,according to the plat filed February 2, 1925,described as follows: Beginning at the Quarter corner common to Sections 14 and 15, Township 19 North,Range 28 East,WM.,thence North 89°36'32" West a distance of 30 feet;thence North 00°14'29"East along a line which is parallel to and 30 feet westerly of the East line of Section 15 a distance of 895.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 89°36'32"West 6.0 feet;thence North 00o14'29"East a distance of 10.0 feet;thence South 89°36,32"East a distance of 6.0 feet;thence South 00°14'29"West a distance of 10.0 feet to the true point of beginning.
