WHEREAS ,Resolution No.2 38 provides that all grants of real estate
or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted
until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,
and
WHEREAS,ZASERAND LONGSTON,Inc.,has presented a statutory warranty
deed conveying property to the City of Moses lake,NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED:That the statutory warranty deed for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter (NEi) of
the Northwest Quarter (NWi) of Section 23,Township 19 North,
Range 28 EWM.,Grant County,Washington,described as
follows:
Beginning at the North Quarter (N?)corner of Section 23,
Township 19,Range 28 EWM,thence South 0o22'54"West
a distance of 3 0.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence South 89°44'00"West a distance of 330.00 feet,
more or less;thence South 36°19'06"East a distance of
12.41 feet;thence North 89o44'00"East a distance of 323.00
feet,more or less;thence North 0°22'54"East a distance of
10.0 feet to the true point of beginning.
The above described tract of land is 10.00 feet wide and is
adjacent to the South boundary of Wheeler Road,and is to be
used for street right-of-way.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 13th day of
December,1966.
