421RESOLUTION No.421
WHEREAS,Resolution No.2 38 provides that all grants of real estate
or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted
until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,
and
WHEREAS,MOSES LAKE GRANGE SUPPLY,Inc.,has presented a statutory
warranty deed conveying property to the City of Moses Lake,NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED:That the statutory warranty deed for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of Tract 11,Plat of Battery Orchard Tracts
as per plat filed on Page 31 of Acreage,records of Grant
County,Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 2 of Eyler
Addition,as per plat filed in Vol.7,Page 66 of Plats,
records of Grant County;thence South 44°27'10"West
along the Northwesterly right of way line of the Chicago,
Milwaukee and St.Paul Railroad Company a distance of
51 .18 feet to the true point of beginning;thence North
57°51,36"West 124.20 feet to the Southeasterly right
of way line of State Highway No.171 (formerly No.18,
also known as West Broadway);thence Southwesterly
along said Southeasterly right of way line 10.00 feet;
thence South 57°51'36"East 122 .02 feet to said North
westerly right of way line of the Chicago,Milwaukee and
St.Paul Railroad Company;thence North 44°27*10"East
10.24 feet to the true point of beginning.
