476I I u RESOLUTION No.476 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY TO LATIN AMERICAN DISTRICT COUNCIL OF THE ASSEMBLIES OF GOD,Inc.,IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WHEREAS,the real estate hereinafter described is no longer required for municipal purposes by the City of Moses Lake,and WHEREAS,an offer to purchase was received from the Latin American District Council of the Assemblies of God,Inc.,in the United States of America in the amount of Ten Thousand Five Hundred ($10,500^Dollars cash for the real property hereinafter described,and WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Moses Lake has accepted the offer of the Latin American District Gbuncil of the Assemblies of God,Inc., in the United States of America for the purchase of said real estate NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Manager and the City Clerk be authorized to execute and deliver a Warranty Deed to the Latin American District Council of the Assemblies of God,Inc.,in the United States of America conveying the following described real estate situated in the County of Grant,State of Washington- That portion of the Northeast Quarter (NE-r)of the Southeast Quarter (SEi) of Section 28,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM.,and of Tract 24 of Battery Orchard Tracts,as per plat filed January 17,1914, records of Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Tract 26 Battery Orchard Tracts,according to plat thereof recorded in Grant County,Washington; thence North32°08'44"East 550feet to the Northeasterly line of Orchard Avenue as conveyed to the City of Moses Lake by instrument recorded September 12,1956,under Auditor's File No.277733;thence South 57°51,16"East 10 feet along the Northeasterlyline of Orchard Avenue to the true point of beginning;thence continuing South 57 51'16" East 484 feet to the Northwesterly line of Giersdorf Addition,according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 7 of Plats,page 17,records of Grant County,Washington;thence North 32°08'44"East 158 feet to the Southwesterly line of Wilmot Addition,according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 7 of Plats,page 12,records of Grant County, Washington;thence North 57 51'16"West along the Southwesterly line of said Wilmot Addition,21.70 feet to the most Westerly corner of Lot 7 of said Wilmot Addition;thence North 19°08'44"East 156.74 feet; thence North 57051'16"West 42 8.04 feet to the point North 32°08'44"East 310.72 feet East ofthe true point of beginning;thence South 32O08'44M West 310.72 feet to the true point of beginning.
