483RESOLUTION No.483 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,FOR ALLEY PUR POSES ONLY WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate of any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,the Chicago,Milwaukee,St.Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, a Wisconsin corporation,has presented an easement to use the following described premises as an alley,NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:That the easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: Those portions of the Southwest Quarter (SW{)of the Southwest Quarter (SW£)of Section Fourteen (14),the Southeast Quarter (SE|) of the Southeast Quarter (SE|)of Section Fifteen (15),and the North east Quarter (NE^)of the Northeast Quarter (NE{)of Section Twenty- two (22),all in Township Nineteen (19)North,Range Twenty-eight (28) East W.M.,Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Block F,Original Townsite of Neppel,now Moses Lake,which point is seventy (70)feet distant from the Northwesterly corner of the intersection of Alder Street and Broadway; thence South 52 11'West,a distance of 680'to the Northwesterly corner of Block G,said Original Townsite of Neppel,now Moses Lake,which is 70'distant from the Northwesterly line of Broadway,as measured along the Northeasterly line of Ash Street;thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line thirty (3 0)feet;thence North 52°11' East 680 feet; thence Southeasterly 3 0'to the point of beginning. together with the right of ingress and egress thereto.
