485RESOLUTION No.485 WHEREAS,Grant County has obtained title through tax foreclosure proceedings to the following described property,to-wit: That portion of Tract 9,Battery Orchards Tracts described as follows: Beginning at a monument which is Twenty (20)feet North 57 51'16" West of the most Westerly corner of Tract 18,Battery Orchards Tracts located in Section 27,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM., thence 823 feet North 32°08'44"East along the center line of Peninsula Drive to the true point of beginning;thence continuing North 32°08'44"East 72.41 feet; thence 273.83 feet along the Chicago,Milwaukee,St.Paul and Pacific Railroad's Southerly right-of-way line which is on a 6 curve with a radius of 905.37 feet.Said distance on the curve has a long chord of 2 72.61 feet and a bearing of South 74°23,16"East,thence South 16°02'44"West a distance of 156.11 feet to the Northeasterly line of Tax No.1782, thence North 57°51'16"West a distance of 304.63 feet to the true point of beginning. WHEREAS,said property is subject to County assessments in the amount of Thirty One and 79/100 ($31.79)Dollars,exclusive of penalties,and WHEREAS,pursuant to RCW 35.49.15 0,the City of Moses Lake may acquire said property from Grant County at any time before resale and receive a deed therefore upon paying the face amount of taxes and costs without penalty or interest, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:That the City of Moses Lake is authorized to make application to the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County for the purchase of the above described real estate by paying the face amount of the delinquent taxes and cost as provided by RCW 35.49.150.
