H-3*l RESOLUTION PEESMTED B7 COUNCILMAN* WHEREAS there are many unlighted streets within the Town of Moses Lake,and whereas it would be to the benefit of the Tom to plao©additional street lights within the said Town to provide for more adequately lighted streets,now,there fore, Section Is BE IT RESOLVED B?THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MOSES LAKE as follows;that ten new street lights be added to the street lifting system of the Town of Moses Lake; Section Us That said street lights be placed at intersections designated by the street committee of the Town of Moses Lake; Section IHi That the Mayor is hereby authorised to engage the Washington Water Power Company*a corporation,to install said street lights herein before provided for; Introduced,read and passed this 14th day of January,1941* ">/U^- Mayor.
