RESOLUTION #A.
A RESOLUTION OF THE COTTNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES L.AKE,WASHINGTON,
EMPLOYING COUNCIL FOP.CERTAIN SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE
ISSUANCE OF WATER REVENUE WARRANTS OF THE CITY.

WHEREAS, the City of Moses Lake,Washington ,deems it necessary
to issue $35,000 of wa£er revenue war-rents of the City in order
to provide funds to pay the cost of constructing and installing
certain additions and improvements to the existing water system
of the City; and
"rHSREAS,it is deemed advisable and to the best interest of the
city that it employ council skilled in such matters to draw the
ordinances,notices and other documents necessary for the issuance
and sale of said warrants and to give their opinion as to the
validity thereof at the time of their sale;
NOV/,THEREFORE, be it resolved by the
Moses Lake,Washington,as follows;
Council of the City of
That Preston,Thorgrimson &Horowitz,Attorneys at lav/of Seattle,
7/ashington,be and they are hereby employed to perform the
services above set forth, and the city agrees to pay them as
compensation therefore the sum of one Hundred fifty dollars.
Said city further agrees to reimburse them for any out-of-podket
expenses which said coanc£l may incmr in the performance of
said services, and to furnish them at their office in Seattle,
Washington, with a certified transcript of all proceedings
taken,in the matter of the issuance of said warrants.
Passed by the Council of the City of M sea Lake, Washington,
and approved by its Mayor this f U-day of June,1948.
