Summary/Overview of Services Provided:
Google IT Support Professional program
Independent Living Services:Goodwill can help with Mastering household tasks, Learning how to take care of basic expenses,
Learning to use public transportation.
Our staff make a personalized plan to help you grow to live independently and ensure the living situation is safe and accessible.You
must be referred to the program by a partner agency.
job Search and Placement Services:Goodwill staff can help you explore different kinds of jobs and locate job openings that are
possible good matches.Then we can help you make a resume, practice interview skills,and complete job applications.Staff may
participate in the interview with you,as needed. In some cases,staff may be able to help you with on-the-job training to help you
master job skills and processes,learn how to problem-solve,and develop other skills that will help with job retention and success.
Payee Services:Goodwill may help people who are getting government assistance such as Social Security or Temporary Assistance to
Needy Families(TANF)manage their monthly finances.Goodwill is authorized by federal and state agencies to receive the checks and
then make payments to landlords,utilities,etc.Goodwill's payee staff are skilled at building budgets for participants and negotiating
payment schedules with creditors.
Supported Employment and job Coaching:Sometimes people need a little extra support when they are learning a job.Goodwill's
Supported Employment program helps you be successful at yourjob in the community. Participants in this program work at various
companies in the community.A Goodwill job coach may work alongside participants while they learn and masterjob duties.The goal
is to help participants maintain employment by learning to work well with others and meet work expectations.Support may include
help navigating the workplace,communicating and problem solving with supervisors and co-workers,understanding paychecks,and
figuring out how to order your work day and the tasks that need to get done in a shift.
Work Assessment and Training:Goodwill places people for assessment and training at our Goodwill retail facilities throughout eastern
Washington and north Idaho.You will work for a short time at one of our Goodwill facilities,while our Assessment staff evaluate your
readiness to work and ability to perform tasks in one or more specific jobs.

Requirements/Restrictions to qualify for above checked service(s)provided:
For FCS services(Housing and Employment):hopeful participants must have Washington State Insurance,have a diagnosed Substance Use
Disorder and/OR a diagnosed Mental Health issue.For FCS Housing,hopeful participants must be chronically homeless(and be willing to sign an
attestation to such)and/OR Frequent/lengthy insitutional contacts(two or more instance in the past 12 months or lengthy as in lasting 90 days
or more)and/OR Frequent residential care stays(two or more occurances in the past 12 months)and/OR a PRISM predictive risk score of 1.5 or
above.
