Accessto Baby and Child Dentistry(ABCD)is a system of care in Washington state that connectsApple Health(Medicaid)insured children from
birth up to age six withspecially trained dentists in their communities.The program includes childrenwith a Developmental Disabilities
Administration(DDA)indicator through agetwelve.

Childrenand Youth with Special Healthcare Needs(CYSHCN)
TheCYSHCN program promotes an integrated system of services for infants,childrenand youth(ages birth up to 18 years)who are newly diagnosed
with a complexhealth condition or are at risk for chronic physical,developmental,behavioral,or emotional conditions that require health and related
services ofa type or amount beyond what is generally needed.

GCHD'sCommunity-Based Care Coordinators work with individuals to bridge gaps inservices by connecting them to local resources in the community.
