A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 3983 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR 2026-2031 Recitals:
1. Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77.010 laws of the State of Washington, the
City of Moses Lake has presented an amended Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 2026-2031. 2. Pursuant further to said law, the City Council of the City of Moses Lake, being the
legislative body of said city, did hold a public hearing on said Transportation
Improvement Program at 6:30 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers June 10, 2025. Resolved:
1. The City Council of the City of Moses Lake adopts the amended Six Year Transportation
Improvement Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 2026-2031. 2. A copy of said amended Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 2026-2031, together with a copy of this resolution shall be filled with
the Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
Adopted by the City Council on June 10, 2025.
